SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION
We will ship your package USPS Priority Mail (current min. charge $4.05) for all packages up to 1 pound. However we may also ship via USPS or UPS for packages over 1 pound. We make every attempt to ship your order via the fastest most economical method. Our shipping rates are exactly what the carriers charge us. Rates are based on the weight of the package, not on your order total. That is why we don't quote your order total with shipping. Your final invoice will have the final shipping and handling charges.
Currently we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00. Currently we are shipping only within the U.S. Due to a change in corporate policy we will NO LONGER BE SHIPPING OVERSEAS.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. You must include your original invoice with the return. You must also request a RA# prior to returning your items. To obtain an RA# you need to contact us by email using the address ordersinfo@beadsnstitches.com . We will respond with your return number which must be placed on the outside of the package. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage. Please send your returns in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice to:

Items returned MUST be in their original condition, and we cannot accept any returned strands that have been broken up or otherwise altered. For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or padded envelope. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. Any items that are returned without a RA# are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

BACK ORDERS
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and remove out-of-stock items from our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining products only if the value of your back-order exceeds $25; otherwise, we will cancel them from your order. Regardless of the value of your back-order, however, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. Customers with back-ordered items valued at less than $25 should revisit our site frequently for those items, as we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available.

Beads n' Stitches makes every effort to maintain the lowest prices possible. It is because of this fact that we can offer our items Wholesale to the Public. So if you want 1 or 100 you get the same great price. Orders over $250.00 will receive an additional 10% discount. While we strive to keep as much stock on hand as possible we suffer the same problems as other companies with suppliers. Most beads come from overseas and deliveries cannot be controlled.
