Store Happenings
Well the economy has slowed and theft has risen, so we have made so small changes in the store. It seems the problems are related to the Hicksville store rather then the Bellmore store. We tried hard to come up with ways where we could limit the theft of some items so that we would not have to increase prices. So going forward we have moved all the packages of Swarovski Crystal both 4mm and 6mm behind the register. One package is on the hook to you can compare the colors when you do your designs. After you have made your selection and go ot the register to check-out, just tell the person which colors you needed and they can assist you with that part of the purchase.
We realize this approach may be somewhat of a small inconvience. If you ask we will give you one bag of crystals for you to walk around with to help match colors. We feel this will help keep the prices down by limiting the risk of loss. We will work with you during this transition as best as possible and hope you will understand our position and be patient.
So we are still asking for your help when in the store to help us keep an eye out for shoplifters. If you see something, say something, this only benefits us all. The staff does their best to watch but we hold to the theory the staff is there to serve you our customer.
