Toggles & Bails - Create this beautiful bracelet using a Swarovski circle or square as the closure. Learn a few different techniques. We will create the toggle bar using an even count, zipped-up peyote. Learn to do a 2-drop peyote for the bail. You can learn the Russian Spiral for a bracelet or use any other technique that you already know.
